Then, you can run @@yum update@@.
Now, you can add the kernel, iproute and net-tools with:

    yum install kernel-4.14.146.mptcp
    yum install iproute-mptcp_v0.94
    yum install net-tools-mptcp_v0.94

Now, reboot your machine.
